Rugby Police World Cafe

Success at our first Rugby Police World Café!

Last night we welcomed 22 members of public from all across Rugby into Cawston Community Centre for our first Rugby World Café. Everyone enjoyed tea and cake whilst we sampled the set ‘Menu’ of questions designed to prompt conversation and debate around the new Warwickshire Police Force Values.

Rather than using pen and paper to jot down ideas, attendees were encouraged to draw pictures and write all over the tablecloths for each question. Everyone got the hang of this very quickly and there were rainbows of words on every table! (We even had one or two budding artists who drew their thoughts for us!) The entire evening was full of meaningful conversations, debate and laughter.
